Blueberry Muffin Syndrome is a classic neonatal finding characterized by multiple blue-purple skin nodules due to dermal extramedullary hematopoiesis (EMH). 

 

The term gained prominence during the 1960s rubella pandemic, when many infants with congenital rubella showed this characteristic rash.
