Bug

 

Grace Hopper found a moth between the contacts of the electromechanical relay inside her Mark II computer, causing it to malfunction. 

After removing the bug, she taped a notation in the project's logbook: "first actual case of bug being found." This pioneer of computer programming coined the term  bug for computer malfunction

Grace Hopper is a private transatlantic submarine (undersea) communications cable owned and operated by Google. Officially announced in July 2020, it became one of the first new U.S.–U.K. undersea cables since 2003 and is Google’s first route to Spain
