International Bible Contest

Yom Ha'atzmaut is Israel's national day, commemorating the Israeli Declaration of Independence on 14 May 1948. It  begins on Tuesday evening, April 21,2026 

                                                             International Bible Contest

The International Bible Contest is a worldwide competition on the (Jewish Bible) for middle school and high school Jewish students. 

It is held annually in Jerusalem, on Yom Ha'atzmaut. 

Because the event is officially sponsored by the Israeli government and the Jewish Agency, it is attended by the Prime Minister of Israel, the Minister of Education and the Chairman of the Jewish Agency

 Robertson Cooked Meat Medium 

 

 Robertson’s cooked meat medium (liver variant) is a modification of the standard RCM where liver tissue (usually ox/sheep liver) replaces the usual beef muscle.

What’s different about the liver medium?

• Uses cooked liver pieces instead of muscle
• Liver is richer in:
  • Iron
  • Vitamins (especially B-complex)
  • Growth factors

The liver version provides an even more supportive environment for fastidious anaerobes, particularly toxin-producing species like:

• Clostridium perfringens

Obeticholic Acid

 

Obeticholic acid (OCA) is a semi-synthetic derivative of Chenodeoxycholic acid.

It was chemically modified (6α-ethyl substitution) to make it a much more potent FXR agonist—about 100 times stronger than natural bile acids.

  Obeticholic Acid reduces Intrahepatic fat accumlation, inflammation and liver fibrosis
