Cerebral Fat Embolism

Cerebral Fat Embolism is a serious neurological manifestation of fat embolism syndrome (FES), typically occurring after long bone fractures, especially the femur, or orthopedic surgery. It involves fat droplets entering the cerebral circulation, leading to neurological symptoms due to ischemia, inflammation, and capillary obstruction.
