All Time Low has been my favorite song for the year 2017. When i hear this song a lot of strong emotions erupts like a volcano within me.

Everyone faces rejection at some time in their lives, and like it or not, it’s something you’ll come up against again. The feeling transcends disappointment.
Rejection is part of daily life. If you’re not on the receiving end of it, you’re meting it out. When ideas and opportunities come your way, you know you must reject them if they don’t meet your expectations. It’s nothing personal and it’s not necessarily final either, but when you’re rejected yourself, it’s another story. It’s a direct blow to the ego, which encompasses one’s pride, esteem and sense of self-worth. Equally, how one copes with rejection depends largely on one’s state of mind and selfesteem too. Some may blame themselves, or assume it’s indicative of a larger failing; some may start rolling down the slippery slope of self-criticism, and land in a miserable pit of self-pity.
There can be no ‘one-size-fits-all’ remedy for rejection. “It depends on many factors, including the age of the person, “the ‘premorbid personality’, which means how you were before the situation and ‘resilience’ or how you will react to a stressor
“To deal with rejection, begin by being compassionate to yourself. It’s often a myth that people think it as selfishness. Remind yourself that there may be many reasons for your rejections and that not all of these have to do with you or your ideas — there may be multiple factors at play.
Over a period of time you do start to feel better, no matter what sort of rejection you faced. Time is a natural healer. You may not forget what has happened, but the emotions associated with that experience will fade with time.
