A group of armed robbers in Istanbul, Turkey, reportedly shot dead. Shubham Goel, a software engineer working in the USA, was holidaying in Istanbul with a friend, Sudhanshu. According to sources, the assailants first attacked Shubham with sticks and a knife and later shot him dead.
Belgium (3 People shot dead); Totally Taken Aback
Belgian authorities are investigating the killing of two policewomen and a passerby in the eastern city of Liege on Tuesday.
The incident occurred at around 10:30 a.m. (4:30 a.m. ET) when an assailant stabbed two policewomen from behind, before stealing their service weapons and using them on the officers.
After killing the two officers, the attacker continued walking through the street and opened fire on a parked vehicle, fatally wounding the driver inside.
