Tiramisu and Mascarpone 




Tiramisù is one of the most famous Italian deserts in the world, but maybe not everyone knows that it was born recently, “only” in the 60 of 1900, in Treviso.

Its creator is the legendary Roberto Linguanotto, from the Beccherie restaurant, who started from zuppa inglese (trifle) to make a fresh new, luxurious dessert with only a few ingredients.

The original Tiramisù recipe is very similar to trifle as concept, but with different ingredients

You soak the ladyfingers in some coffee and make with them a first layer, then mix Mascarpone cheese, sugar and eggs and spreads over them this cream, then lay down another layer of ladyfingers and finally end up with the Mascara cream and decorate with cocoa powder.
