Mindful Meditation: It is a state in which one is required to remain psychologically present with whatever happens within and around one without reacting in any ways.

Dont block your thoughts in mindful meditation. Let it come and get you. One has to process the information.
Notice every little body sensation, itch, slight ache and tingling. Use all your senses and do everything you can to be psychologically present.
Identify thoughts, beliefs and emotions. Accept the presence of emotions without judgement and let them go.
It is only when we have a mind in our control that we can be truly happy.
