Oxymoron

Reading on Practical Wisdom in Economic times made me to think about Semantics. I guess words have lost their practical sense no matter how ambiguous they are. All i can come up with is people who say such things are Oxymoron's. In todays world it really does not matter what one does as long as it works.

Practical Wisdom Quotes

Be Nice To Everyone - Rick Goings - CEO Tupperware
Dont listen to your parents - Brian Chesky - Co Founder Air BNB
Embrace the wisdom of uncertainity - Deepak Chopra
Say yes to more things - Eric Schmidt - CEO Alphabet
Dont work too hard - Arriana Huffington - The Huffington Post
Being a Superstar can hurt your carrer - John Chen

OXYMORONIC LAWS HAVE MADE IT TOO TODAY IN PAPERS

The Philippines, a predominantly Catholic country, still has a marry-your-rapist loophole, according to an 82-country survey by Equality Now, a women’s rights group. Until 2006, so did Uruguay, and until 1994, so did France, according to Human Rights Watch.

Many embrace oxymoronic statements and with time they reject it.
