The pork tenderloin, also called Gentleman's Cut, is a long thin cut of pork. As with all quadrupeds, the tenderloin refers to the psoas major muscle along the central spine portion, ventral to the lumbar vertebrae.
Ingredients
2poundspork loin
1cupcherriesstems and pits removed
1/2Granny Smith applecored and chopped
2teaspoonsground cinnamon
1/4cupbrown sugar
1/4cupbalsamic vinegar
Instructions
Place the pork loin in a large slow cooker,
Top with cherries and apples.
Sprinkle the cinnamon and brown sugar over the top of the fruit.
Pour the balsamic vinegar over the entire dish.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
