1. Know the past to know your present in entirety
2. Times present contain past and future. 
3. Knowing the Past: Roots of Medicine lie in Magic. It was Magic followed by Empiric Medicine.
4. Science was invisible in the bygone years. 
5. Empiric Medicine that has Scientific background and logic behind is because of men and women who have walked down a arduous path.
6. Knowing the Present: Truth in Medicine  is relative and not absolute. 
7. Every age was mistaken that we know what we know but expectation as years passed were not met. One later came to absolute terms that there are limits to  Medicine. 
8. Many ideas/sanctified truths are shown to be false in another age/another time. 
9. Facts of our time may change over time. Spirit of inquiry and heart of great discoveries has pushed the frontiers of knowledge forwards. 
10. Great observations made in the past by Jenner/Fleming/Lister/Pasteur will continue to take place in the present. Contemporary Medicine would not have been what it is if not for them.

3. Stressed and Sensitive individuals resort to an escape to numb the emotional pain. Eventually one falls in love with the sensation and chaos in ones life. 




4. Falling in love with the sensation of Chaos: Tetrahydroisoquinoline. THQs cause the release of Dopamine. Addicted Brain has a Dopamine Effect



5. Overcoming Addiction: Brain possesses Neuroplasticity (Change your mind Change your brain). Belief is everything and get connected. Come to terms with ones own past. Look at the positive side of things and use your addiction positively. Heaalth care providers are to be used as a tool if one wants to change. Change is up to an individual.

1. Fact: Everybodys Truth. Understanding facts from sacred text is difficult. Limited truth is what we posses. Sacred Texts dont have access to Fundamental truth. No Religion has access to fundamental truth. Religion in todays world is nothing more than a psychological instrument.

5. Hindu Mythology: Ramayana and Mahabharata share a lot in common. Ramayana is 7000 years old and Mahabharata was 5000 years old. Stories in Sankrit were orally transmitted in 300 BC-200 AD. There are different versions of the text. Things therefore have to been seen from a philosophical point of view. One has to understand/celebrate and analyze our culture. 
6. Ramayana and Mahabharata share a common theme: War/Dispute/Villain/Exile/Tragedy.
7. In Hinduism God is not a judge. Even Gods have to go through a Karmik cycle. Everything is balanced. 


6. Saving History from the Textbook

1. Human beings are complex beings and usually dont change over time. 
2. It is easy to relate to human beings through the past.
3. History gives you a perspective of Mankind.
4. History has a shared narrative. In retrospective we assign our values to it.
5. Al tough there are parallels in narratives that have come up in the past.
6. Inspite of parallels Historical actors are characters moving in time. How we got here today is because of the people we knew in the past.
