Agupanela

 


Panela (Spanish pronunciation: [paˈnela] is unrefined whole cane sugar, typical of Central, and of Latin America in general, which is a solid form of sucrose derived from the boiling and evaporation of sugarcane juice


Its not Coffee nor Tea

It is Agupanela 


Panela water is prepared by dipping pieces of panela in water and stirring sporadically until completely dissolved. 

The drink is served hot or cold, and often in Chile , Colombia , Ecuador and Peru a dash of lemon or lime is added  If it is consumed hot, sometimes a little milk or a piece of cheese is added
