Life is a four letter word

I guess this guy got it right. Life is after all a four letter word. Our whole lives are revolves around it. Life as magical in itself is associated with it. Well after reading a  piece on paper i need to keep few points with me my whole life.

What i understand is Life **** s you or you take control of it. If you dont it will for sure take a tail spin and your head will start rolling faster than expected.

I know that we as a civilization have a day for everything. Whatever is important around us has been given a name say for eg Love and we have Valentines day. I for sure never knew that we as a civilization have a day for people who hate themselves and end it (Suicide).  September 10 is officially worldwide declared World Suicide Prevention Day. I for sure know that i am not strong and i am not trying to make fun of the whole concept. It is something which i have to keep in mind because as  Fried rich Nietzsche states that God is dead  is not the literal meaning it is otherwise. I feel what he is trying to say that i need to control of my life and there is no god around the corner to soothe or spoon feed you. Only the fittest can survive but at times life takes a wrong turn and things dont add up as expected. In the given case scenario i  have taken points from a piece written in Bombay Times which are as follows.

1. World Suicide Prevention Day - September 10.

2. Youngsters in Mumbai feel suicidal at the age of 16.

3. Raging Hormones cannot comprehend feelings. Younger adults have a fractured resilience due to the way they are bought up on.  Environmental factors are often quoted.

4. What are these factors  - Everyone is fighting for a piece of the same pie, Emphasis laid on thinking is not a option anymore .  eg  Death of an actress, Success for a while, At times things dont work up - People have a difficult time living without it. Fight/Flight response takes over. Increasing population which is creating an unequal situation. No one wants to talk about it/discuss it. Many state it as a sign of weakness. Retreating into a shell is the next phenomenon taking place.

5. 3-4 people in Mumbai want to take their life every day. Expectations are materialistic and life style related along with relationships going wrong. Kids as young as 16 have failure in love which makes them to take a bold step.

6. People forming suicide pacts and dying in a group is the next wave of ending things,

I just need to keep all this mind because i dont want to live in a delusion and i for sure know that Life is a four letter word. Cynical/Skeptical ? - I know for sure that Life will mentally **** you up. At least i have to be aware of it and keep it in mind.  Some one will win and the other will loose. It can go either way

Reason : When the going gets tough the tougher gets going is not for everyone. At times it humps you so hard that no orifice will be spared.
